The "QBC Engineering Services Center" will operate as a central service hub for all eleven regional service centers of M/s Lilac Medicare in India and extend after sales engineering and maintenance support for products manufactured by QBC Diagnostics, Port Matilda, PA, U.S.A.

M/s QBC Diagnostics Inc. would like to certify that engineers stationed in "QBC Engineering Service Center" - India, have been adequately trained and are competent to address any sort of instrument malfunction, preventitive maintenance and engineering issues. The central service hub will co-ordinate with all regional service centers in order to extend uncompromised post purchase maintenance support in India and neighboring countries.

Through this authorization, QBC Diagnostics, PA, U.S.A. also certifies M/s Lilac Medicare (P) Ltd. to extend maintenance support (Terms apply) towards any or all direct / indirect customers of India having purchased any single product manufactured by QBC Diagnostics, PA, U.S.A. during the last twenty-five years (Since 1984) in India.

M/s QBC Diagnostics Inc. would also like to put on record that henceforth all spare parts, engineering consumables, upgrades, etc., will be exclusively available in India through "QBC Engineering Services Center", Panvel, Maharashtra, India. Please refer to applicable terms and conditions of services rendered by "QBC Engineering Services Center", India.

This declaration made by QBC Diagnostics Inc., PA, U.S.A. supersedes all its past circulars, authorizations, agreements, contracts pertaining to after sales engineering services of QBC products (e.g., Autoread, ParaLens, OptiLume, Parafuge, etc.) for India and its neighboring countries.

We would like to endorse our serious intention to provide impeccable after sales support standards in India.
