Regulatory Compliance Specialist 

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is accountable for spearheading the Company’s standards, processes and systems for operational and regulatory compliance in a Class 1 and Class 2 Medical Device Manufacturing Facility.  This individual will be responsible for assuring compliance with regulations established by the FDA, EU, CMDAS and other MDSAP participants and will have a strong appreciation for ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 Standards. This position provides leadership and direction to the company and interacts closely with both Senior Management and operational functions.

Sales and Distribution Manager 

The Sales and Distribution Manager leads all aspects of business development, including development of plans, budgets and projections for distributers and direct customers of Drucker Diagnostics. The position advocates the needs of trading partners, facilitates support to fulfill their needs, builds relationships through frequent contact, develops and implements incentive and reward programs and is the primary liaison for all customers.

ERP Systems Engineer
General Summary: The ERP Systems Engineer reports to the VP of Operations and has no direct reports. This technical and analytical role will be responsible for supporting the company’s operations and business growth through the definition, development and implementation of various business systems, primarily Epicor. In addition, this position provides assistance and training to users of established business systems.

Manufacturing Engineer

Systems Engineer
Act as the technical lead for the product development team that is charged with developing various products including updates to existing products and development of new hematology instruments, centrifuges, sample preparation products and more. Responsible for the overall system design across mechanical, electrical, software and optical disciplines and lifecycle management of complex engineering systems including dealing with issues such as reliability, manufacturability, obsolescence, usability, requirement specifications, verification and validation testing, and product sustainment. Also plays a major role in work-processes, optimization methods, and risk management while overlapping technical disciplines with project management. This role will require in-depth technical knowledge of Drucker Diagnostic’s products and the ability to effectively work with internal and external customers to capture requirements for product lines.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Accounting Clerk

This position reports directly to Customer Service Supervisor with a dotted line to the Controller and shall be responsible for processing vendor invoices and checks and, generally, serving in a support accounting role while still interacting with end users and distributors to for general order taking and for providing general order detail information.
